All algorithms, code, methodology names (including "Anchor & Session Trend Matrix"), and content on this site are the exclusive property of Intellitrade Capital LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Intellitrade Capital LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from market participation or technical malfunctions of the software.
